What is like to be one of the two newest administrators of the RSB staff?
Well it’s an interesting feeling, I feel a tad bit overwhelmed by it all. I’ve been learning to use the Admin Cp and I must say, it’s a lot less “user friendly” than the Mod Cp.
Do you think that Ace and yourself were the best options for the position of Admin?
It’s hard to say, but with how excellent the staff is, I’m sure that any one of our mods would have made a great Admin.
What was the first thing you did when you discovered you were one of the new RSB Admins?
With all honesty I just posted in the Admin topic in the Staff Section, and then went to bed. It was 2 a.m when I got home from my friends house last night. But right now I’m just working with the Admin Cp and trying to figure it out.
Ace and you have been Mods for much longer then the majority of the Mods now, do you think that you should have been promoted earlier?
Hell no, this month was by far my most active in a good six months. I think if Chris had offered it any earlier I would have just declined.
How long have you been a moderator at RSB?
I’ve been a Moderator here for little under 3 years. I was promoted in September 2006.
What have you liked most about being a Admin?
Well it’s pretty early, but I guess I like the ability to get things done. We were kinda Admin starved for the past couple of weeks, so being able to finally ban the IP of some of the spammers is a huge relief. Also having every one Respect Mayh Athoritayyh is also pretty sweet. As a mod, the thing I really enjoyed the most was bouncing ideas off of the other mods in the Staff section. Also as Micki said before me, I like cutting the balls off of spammers 
. But hey it’s still a new feeling, I still feel more like a glorified mod than anything else.
What have you disliked most about being a Admin?
Since I haven’t been doing if for very long, there really hasn’t been too much opportunity for the added stress and pressure to kick in. I guess at the moment the only thing I could really think of would be that random guy posting porn and heckling me, but I have pretty thick skin so it doesn’t really bother me at all. As a mod, the thing I disliked the most was dealing with members who weren’t blatantly breaking the rules, but were making the boards unenjoyable to others. It’s hard to ban someone like that with out every one calling power abuse.
If you could change anything about RSB, what would it be?
I would make it so every was friendly and respectful towards all 
But seriously, it gets annoying seeing people get into irrelevant arguments. It creates bad vibes man.
Who do you think has helped you the most from RSB?
Well when I first started out I’d say UnseenXS really shaped me into the member I am today. It was his warning to me (the only one I’ve ever had) that made me finally shape up my game. I wanted to prove him wrong so to speak (although not entirely true, I feel it’s a solid way to express what I was feeling at the time). Danago also shaped my RSB experience. He was the main guy I tried to emulate when I became a mod. He was just so level headed and approachable, it really inspired me.
With so many mods either going inactive or moving up to admins, do you think there will be new mod positions soon?
Well it’s hard to say. I know that when we were promoting Isaac we were originaly going to promote three new moderators, but decided that one was good enough for the time being. I do think new moderators may be appointed within the upcoming months, but I can’t give a precise date.
Do you think you can help make RSB more user friendly, like maybe some more added features for the regular member?
Well it’s hard for me to add features as advanced as the credit system, and the Arcade, simply because I lack the ability. I will however be actively be reading suggestions in the RSBoards Suggestions Forum, so if you think you have an idea that could improve RSB for every one, I urge you to submit. I’m always game for new improvements
Are the Admins, ever going to change the ad’s that promote runescape cheats and hacks anytime soon?
This one is a little out of my hands. I know that those ads pretty much single handedly pay for the the domain name and the up keep of the forums. Removing them may not be possible, and in the end the decision is Chris’ to make. I suggest for the time being, everyone just ignore them (unless you enjoy keyloggers and such).
Will the supposedly rumored “shop” come out quicker now that Chris has some help from Ace and yourself?
The problem with the shop is that the program is not currently out. Once the programmer is able to finish it (He may never finish), we will swiftly install it. However, until it is created, the whole shop matter is really out of our hands.
